I have spent most of my life studying the works of antiquity and I like blending the past with the present. I was a
professional designer, photographer and illustrator for many years.
Over time my interests and passions expanded to art history and working with students. I spent 25 years teaching at Houston Art institute and the Seattle Art Institute.
I have been called a “Jack of all arts” because of my interest in various mediums: oil painting, sculpture, water color, photography and collage. My range also includes: plein air landscapes and animals, life studies and portrature, trompe l'oeil, graphic design, quick sketching, and kinetic assemblages.
